- The library director will review and approve/disapprove requests for display space. Requests shall be handled on a first come, first served basis. Display space will be used for educational, cultural, community, or recreational purposes by groups or individuals. Exhibits of a commercial nature and those purporting political or controversial issues, including displays which are indecent, harmful to minors, obscene, or inflammatory, are prohibited. The director will have final approval of content and appearance.

- The items displayed are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors must sign a release form.
