2021 Summer Reading Program: Tails and Tales

This summer, through reading and fun events, learn all about our animal friends and enjoy true and fictional stories about them!

Kids, Teens, and Adults can earn prizes and chances to win raffle baskets by joining the Summer Reading Challenges on Beanstack. It's so easy! Sign up, log your reading, earn rewards!

Kids and teens will also earn a raffle ticket for attending our in-person programs this summer! Most of our Programs will be held at 1:30 PM at Bird Creek Park in Wautoma except for Zoozort (June 10) and the Pool Party (July 8). We are encouraging individuals who are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to wear a mask in order to protect our youth and others who cannot vaccinate. Bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on!

June 10 at 1:30 and 2:30 PM at the World War II Memorial Building- Our first event, Zoozort Live Animal Program, gets you up close and personal with animals from around the world! Since the animals need to be indoors, we have two different time slots to allow for social distancing. Sign Up is required as space is limited, so call or visit the library to sign up for the 1:30 PM time or the 2:30 PM time.
